
Adult
opossums are immune to the venom of copperheads, rattlesnakes,
and cottonmouths. They like to eat eggs, as well as cat food
on our front porch. . Opossums seem to
be highly resistant to rabies. They
have more teeth than any other North American mammal (50)! They
